The Intercessor, Vol 11 No 2

"For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature have been clearly seen being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse" (Romans 1:20)

I read this verse which I had read many times previously but had a different revelation about it. I had seen before that God made himself evident to men but I had not concentrated on the words ‘invisible’ versus ‘clearly seen.’ It is about opposites–how the invisible can be clearly seen. God manifests His invisible attributes, his eternal power, and divine nature in His creation. Therefore, man is without excuse because God has made Himself evident by the manifestation of His creation–the world that is around us. And He has created man to manifest His divine nature. We are born with the nature of Satan at birth, but God jealously desires us to know Him and to believe on His Son so that we may be co-heirs of the universe and abide with Him while we are on earth in our physical form and then to be united with Him for eternity after or time on earth. We were created in the image of God so that we could manifest His attributes.

Statement of Faith

The purpose of Zerubbabel Press is to further the great high calling of the Lord Jesus to carry His Gospel to the whole world. This calling is known in the Christian world as the Great Commission. Our interpretation of the Gospel is that Jesus Christ was the second member of the Trinity, fully God, made manifest in the flesh. He was tempted in all points as we are, but totally without sin. He was crucified for the sins of the world, was buried, and rose from the dead on the third day, according to the Scriptures. He gives the power to become the sons of God to all who receive Him.
